Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment: At LIS Service, we strive for customer satisfaction. We typically process refunds within 7-10 business days for eligible claims.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • If we fail to initiate the service within 7 days of payment.
  • If the service cannot be delivered due to our inability or technical issues from our side.
  • Partial refunds may be considered if government fees have not yet been paid but the service was cancelled by the client.

Note: Fees paid to the government (e.g., MCA fees, Trademark fees) are non-refundable once processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your request for service at any time. However, the process is as follows:

  • Before Processing: If you cancel before we have started working on your application, a full refund (minus a small administrative fee) may be issued.
  • After Processing Started: If work has already commenced (document review, drafting, etc.), we will deduct a service charge proportional to the work done.
  • After Submission: Once applications are submitted to government portals, no cancellation or refund of professional fees is possible.

3. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment used during the transaction.

4. Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied or delayed, please contact our support team. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and promptly.
